What this covers
These terms govern the use of the website alterweddings.mx, operated by Rick Acosta under the brand Álter Weddings (see the Legal Notice). By browsing this site you accept them. They cover the site only — the hiring of our photography and film services is governed by the proposal and agreement we prepare for each couple.
Every image belongs to someone
All content on this site — photographs, films, texts, the Álter Weddings name and visual identity — is protected by copyright and belongs to Rick Acosta / Álter Weddings, or is published with the authorization of the couples who appear in it. The stories in our portfolio are real weddings, shown with their protagonists’ permission.
You may browse, share links to this site and show it to whoever you like. You may not download, reproduce, edit or use the photographs and films for any purpose — commercial or not — without our written permission. If you would like to use something, just ask: hola@alterweddings.mx.
Prices and information
Package descriptions and investment figures published on this site are kept as current as possible and always include tax. They are an honest reference, not a binding offer: availability, travel and each wedding’s specifics are confirmed in your personal proposal.
The booking form
The information you send through our form must be truthful and yours. We protect the form against automated abuse, and we handle what you share with us as described in the Privacy Notice.
Availability and liability
We keep this site up with care, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors at all times. External links (such as Instagram or WhatsApp) lead to services governed by their own terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to this site will be subject to the competent courts of Colima, Mexico.

We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page.
